Residential Properly Manager required Government portfolio 3 month contracts ongoing We are currently working with our client that requires Housing Coordinator for a 9 month contract. The role is centrally based and the successful candidate will be managing an internal portfolio for a Public Sector organisation.
In the role you will be required to establish new tenancies, showing properties, preparation of lease agreements, bond lodgement and regular rent reviews. Respond quickly to indicators that tenancies are at risk and establish and maintain regular contact with tenants until issues are resolved. Further to this you will undertake routine inspections and issue appropriate work orders should properties require maintenance.
To be successful in this role you will have a sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, knowledge of building maintenance matters, and experience in social housing. You will hold a current WA driving licence and exceptional time management skills.

As the Site/Camp Manager you will be required to ensure the effective management of various client sites (these are often remote sites across WA and the wider AU). You will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of FM Site standards (incl H&S and Risk assessment), exceeding the scope of works and operating within the agreed budget.
The duties of the Camp Manager may include: Complete management of Business activities on all camps assigned to the position. Responsible for the Site logistics and supply of goods from distribution centres in co-ordnance to the client’s requirements. Ensuring cleaning processes and standards are benchmarked and comply with contractual terms and company standards. Oversee the security of all company goods, assets, equipment in line with the client’s policies. Develop and retain working relationships with employee and client contracts associated with the client’s business.
Skills & Experience
For this exciting opportunity, the successful candidate will have proven experience in the following: Experience in FM, ideally on remote site, mining camps etc. Past experience in the cleaning or hospitality industry will be highly regarded Knowledge of Food Safety, OH&S legislation would also be desirable Knowledge of current Industrial relations /HR principles (awareness of industrial agreements) Excellent financial management skills in a profit and loss environment
