Responsible for ariba purchasing requisitions.
Maintain filing and document control
Coordinate conferences, events and inductions for new staff

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
Previous Oil and Gas Experience
Knowledge of sharepoint and ariba system desirable
Advanced Microsoft office skills including powerpoint, excel and word
Excellent time management skills and be able to work to tight deadlines
Work well within a team and automously when required.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Our client is a major mining house with a wide range of projects across Western Australia. They are now seeking an experienced Scheduling Superintendent to supervise and coordinate all Minestar Supervisors to optimize productivity of the mining operation.
Reporting to the Mine Manager, you will be responsible for supervising all dispatch activities onsite. You will also develop procedures and processes for the Minestar fleet management system, while managing and coaching a team of professionals.
Some of your key responsibilities in this position will include:
Oversee and mentor Minestar Supervisors and Controllers to ensure successful use of the Minestar system
Recommend and undertake improvements to the Minestar system
Implement processes and procedures for all Minestar activities
Assist development strategies in relation to logistical problems
Ensure compliance with safely standards and practices.
To be successful in this role you will have:
6+ years experience within open cut mining operations
Previous experience with operating computerized fleet management systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of experience with Minestar software package
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
This role is offered on an 8/6 FIFO roster. An excellent remuneration package is on offer for the successful candidate as well as securing a pivotal role to define your career. This is a Perth based position and FIFO from other locations is not offered.

Your responsibilities will include:

Mentoring of Graduate and Junior Engineers.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and hold relevant experience within open pit iron ore operations. You will have a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering along with a Western Australian C class driver's license.

The operation includes construction and operation of a large open pit mine and processing plant. Due to ongoing expansion they currently require a mine planning engineer to work on the site on a FIFO 8:6 roster from Perth.
As mine planning engineer you will be responsible for creating and implementing short term mine plans & designs that provide a safe working environment, ensure continuous iron ore supply, and effective and efficient waste movement. You will ensure mine designs & plans are agreed to geotechnical, economic and operational parameters and liaise with other departments and contractors to ensure targets and goals are achieved.
The successful candidate will have mine design/planning and Scheduling experience and a sound knowledge of equipment operations, technical design and optimisation, geology, modeling and grade control. You will have a degree qualification and proven experience in an open pit mining engineering role. A WA Quarry managers Certificate is advantageous though not essential.
