Immediate start! Exciting project to be involved in! Get involved in the mining boom! A Perth based client of ours has asked us to recruit an experienced SAP PM, WM or MM Trainer for a 9 month contract starting ASAP! This role is for someone who can hit the ground running and feels confident in all areas of SAP PM, WM or MM. The successful candidate will be involved in an SAP upgrade, which will test your training skills, delivering to a diverse audience, primarily in Perth. Some state travel will be required. Ideally the right person will have at least 2-3 years SAP training experience, with a similar duration of time working in SAP PM, WM or MM, either as a Business Analyst or in a functional capacity. Anyone with additional SAP PM experience would be considered. You will need to possess strong communication skills as this role will see you liaising with people from varying levels of the business. Strong documentation skills are also essential. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Ensure conformance with the client Charter, client Group Level Documents, Code of Conduct and relevant statutory obligations. An overriding commitment to health, safety, environment responsibility and sustainable development. Develop a strong understanding of SAP learning infrastructure and tools based on SAP documentation, standards, curriculum and implementation approach? Adhere to company standards and approach A clear understanding of business requirements and impacts through the development of 'A day in the life of...' type material Successfully deploy SAP and Early Alignment Activities (EAA) across client sites Commit to and perform all associated knowledge transfer activities to ensure thorough preparation for relevant and meaningful training delivery to the business Conduct necessary business scenario and data preparation activities for the training delivery Develop and deliver the PM,WM or MM knowledge and upskilling programme to the relevant teams in collaboration with the SAP Training Team Lead Monitor quality and success of the PM, MM & WM team training delivery in collaboration with the Training Team Lead Deliver SAP Instructor Led end user training, workplace coaching and support as required Support contextualisation of learning and encourage ongoing development of SAP related skills within the context of the client Work with the Deployment Leads, Schedule/Logistics Coordinator to monitor training attendance, review and interpret evaluations and assist with identification and management of related issues Build training capability to support SAP training deployment and ongoing sustaining organisational change beyond the SAP project Provide a single point of contact for end users in the answering of questions, clarification of details around business process and SAP requirements Report on progress against plan, issue identification and management If you are looking for a challenging contract role and wish to work on an exciting project that will keep you busy and you are available immediately, then please, APPLY NOW!
