Long-Term Contract South of the River Parking Available This global services organisation has offices located predominantly in the US and Asia, with its head Australian operations based in WA. Located 10 minutes from the city centre, this company is easily accessible via public transport and has ample parking available on site.
Due to extended leave, this company is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join the team on a 10 month contract. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the position will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing of up to 150 employees on a fortnightly basis. The role will also involve preparing payroll journals, reconciling and calculating monthly payroll tax, preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assisting staff with payroll queries.
To be successful for this position, you will have adequate payroll experience in a standalone position . You will have previous experience working in a busy work environment and be comfortable working in an autonomous role. You will have significant experience on an ERP system and have strong Excel skills. The role will be offering a long term contract opportunity with an adequate handover period to allow ease into the position. The position will be full time and will be starting in July.

Suitable candidates will have previous professional practice experience ideally gained within a taxation environment. It is likely that you will be professionally qualified or near completion. You will also possess strong communication skills with the ability to work unsupervised.
