In this role you will be answering customer enquiries and offering an extensive range of solutions on behalf of Australia's largest Telecommunications Company. Your analytical skills will be used to provide sound sales and customer focused solutions through upselling and cross-selling appropriate products.

You must be available to start on the 23rd August and available for an immediate interview. Successful candidates will need to commit to 9 weeks full time paid training. The training will be held in the CBD Call Centre as well as the Werribee Centre. The new centre is highly accessible from public transport - 1 min walk from the station. After the training you will need to commit to a rotating roster between 7am to Midnight Monday to Sunday,
