4 month temporary assignment City fringe location Close to public transport This leading construction company has recently secured a number of key projects based in Melbourne and Nationally and as a result they are seeking a highly driven and self motivated administrator to join the team on a temporary basis. Reporting into the office manager, you will be working in the head office supporting the site offices.
This diverse role will involve purely administrative functions such as data entry of invoices and purchase orders, coordination of the telecommunication accounts, tender administration and other ad hoc administrative tasks. You will be supporting the Office Manager from a Personal Assistant perspective as well as ensuring the smooth administrative running of the office. You will be delegated projects at times to enable you to work autonomously.
You will have worked in a reception or administration role previously and will be competent in word, excel, publisher, MYOB and outlook.
This varied role will see your administration skills develop as well as your construction knowledge. Working in this small team you will be an integral member to the successful delivery of this project.
