About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Credit Manager, the key duties and responsibilities include:
Processing debtor claims and managing customer rebates
Credit control by reducing outstanding debtors and ensuring accounts are within approved credit limit
Performing debtor account reconciliations
Handling queries and providing quick resolution
Contacting clients and following up overdue customer accounts
Maintaining KPI's and specific ledgers with main client accounts
Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Processing credit cards and updating spreadsheets in Excel
Performing daily banking and allocations
Key Skills and Requirements:
