Partners will support you towards a Senior Manager role in 12 months. Manage a team of 4 Senior Consultants. Direct workflow by establishing budgets and guidelines. Work closely with your staff to ensure they are maintaining 85% billable hours.
Deliver and participate in weekly in-house training sessions, with lunch provided. Young Partners encourage social activities including monthly social outings. Staff regularly go to the footy and concerts together.
To be suitable for this role you will be CA qualified or near completion with at least 6 years Australian tax consulting experience within public practice.
