The Principal Coordinator (Packaged Care) is responsible for the coordination, supervision and overview of the organisation’s Packaged and Flexible Care Programs. The successful applicant will be required to ensure a high standard of client care by providing leadership and guidance to the organisation’s Care Coordinators. Applicants must be able to demonstrate an ability to assess the needs of packaged care clients to ensure appropriate individual plans are established and implemented. Further, applicants need to be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience with the managing of financial and budgetary processes of a program/programs of an organisation or the ability to develop same. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Microsoft Word, Excel and database knowledge are requirements of this position.
