General duties will see you approving invoices and invoicing jobs, creating purchase orders, obtaining quotations from suppliers, ordering stock and materials for current works, processing job sheets/timesheets, procuring work plans and permits and ensure all OH&S compliance is being adhered to. Your effective decision making, ability to provide operational advice on the ground and capability to quickly rectify any customer or departmental complaints will be highly regarded. Strong marketing and sales skills will be highly regarded as you will be required to identify new business opportunities and develop new client relationships. Within this role you will be responsible for the sourcing and producing of tenders covering a variety of civil field projects. • Preparing accurate and competitive tenders to an approved program in accordance with the client’s requirements.
