Our client, a well-established not-for-profit organisation located in the CBD are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team.
Reporting to the Business Manager, this challenging and dynamic role will see you responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, bookkeeping and adhoc project support.
To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate the below essential criteria:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a bookkeeping position or equivalent
Sound experience in end to end payroll processing including administration of superannuation, union, taxation and other employee salary deductions
Experienced with General Ledger, FBT returns, BAS, P&L and monthly and annual reconciliations
A high level of competency with MYOB as well as MS Office (in particular Excel).
A confident and proactive approach with the ability to work independently and make sound judgements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
