Job Description


This role reports directly into the Divisional Head of Finance and supports the procurement team, please see below for a job description: -

* Preparation and analysis of period results for Procurement
* Presenting results at the monthly profit meeting, preparation of all period-end reporting requirements
* Identifying productivity opportunities and driving solutions in order to hit plan targets and communication of results to Board.
* Manage the forecast process for the Procurement analysis, balance sheet forecasting
* Identifying performance and gap issues and driving interventions to enable business to hit its AOP and forecast targets
* Drive the decision-making processes to ensure an adequate framework and controls are established
* Lead the AOP process for the division
* Setting pricing productivity targets and pricing timetable
* Develop the Strategic Plan for the division
* Preparation and review of weekly and period scorecards to track performance
* Preparation and submission of KPI’s as part of global benchmarking initiative
* Lead Procurement project teams as required to ensure the continuous improvement of procurement and supply chain process





The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be CA/CPA qualified and have relevant technical experience supporting a procurement function.
