Job Description

This role will involve reporting directly to two expert partners on a wide range of transactions. The partners are committed to providing client contact whilst developing the successful candidates skill set and offering genuine career progression.

The Successful Applicant


In order to be successful for this role, your experience must include familiarity with:

* ASX Listing Rules, ASIC Regulatory Guiles, Takeovers Panel decisions and published guides
* Fundraising
* Corporate governance
* The Corporations Act 2001
* Acquisitions and dispositions.


In addition, strong marks from a respected institution along with previous experience in a well known firm are also necessary.
