Your key responsibilities will include: Manage existing clients and develop new contacts within the industry End-to-end consumer exit survey program supervision Telephone survey reporting and management as well as other quantitative studies including online studies. Writing client proposals Presentation and communication of results to senior management level A little bit about you: To be successful you will possess: A minimum of 3-5 years experience in quantitative studies within a market research agency or client side. Enhanced communication skills (both oral and written), The ability to interpret key findings within collected data, write full reports based on findings and communicate these findings whilst managing business relationships. The ability to create and develop new business opportunities A high proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly within Microsoft Excel SPSS/PASW experience advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of numeracy skills Self-motivation and be able to work autonomously as well as within a team.
