My client is seeking a first class, senior level corporate real estate professional who can lead all real estate operations across their portfolio of data centres in 2 states (NSW and VIC).
The successful applicant will be financially astute, and, backed by a team of 4, will take complete responsibility for profit & loss in the buildings and will be challenged to lead all lease negotiations, with a target of maximum occupancy rate.
