You will be responsible for steering business fundamentals that maximises profitable growth for the organisation. You will be able to communicate with influence, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills complimented by a hands-on approach. To be successful in this role you will maintain a diverse and secure funding base. You will be responsible for meeting all KPI'S and reporting back to the board on personal and team budgets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role with at least 6 years of experience and genuine enthusiasm for environmental issues. You will have proven success securing high-end sponsorship over 100k and managing senior volunteers in major gift fundraising. A degree in Marketing Communications is highly desirable.
