This role covers the local courts of Bankstown, Sutherland and Kogarah.
This role will see you supporting the Case Managers and the Program manager in the delivery of the Department of Attorney and General and Justice Life on Track pilot program. As Team Leader, you will also support the Program Manager in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders in the local community where service delivery occurs.
As the successful candidate you will have Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Welfare or other related disciplines or have equivalent experience. You will have knowledge of the criminal justice system and issues affecting those entering the criminal justice system and have excellent Case management skills including the ability to quickly acquire knowledge of locally available education, treatment and rehabilitation programs.
A driver's licence is required and appropriate background checks will be undertaken.
