Monitor and maintain incidents to ensure timely resolution minimising impact to clients Key Requirements: Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal including the ability to work as part of a team. Demonstrated knowledge of Polycom and/or Cisco video conferencing endpoints. Knowledge and experience with protocols such as; IP, HTTP, https, command line and file transfer tools such as Telnet. Experience with or capacity to quickly learn and apply knowledge of IP Networking protocols to video conferencing infrastructure. Proven experience with fault finding and problem resolution via the phone with technical and non-technical people. Good organisational skills, attention to detail and capacity to rigorously follow process and procedures. Experience with or knowledge of incident management systems such a Remedy. Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, in particular office products such as Excel and Word.
