Course is government funded,
there is no cost to you
The first four weeks of training is full time, then there is paid work experience for 13 weeks. Work experience is approximately 15 hours per week; but as long as you do 36 shifts in total the weekly hours can be flexible.
Get paid to learn!
You have to do the work experience to achieve the qualifications- but you get paid to do it! Domino’s Pizza has come on board and generously agreed to let you do your work experience at your local store as a Customer Service and Delivery Expert. You do the four weeks of training, and then you commence your paid work experience. The adult pay rate is $17.34 an hour plus $2.09-$2.71 per delivery.
Go even further!
Once you have finished the course, you can remain in employment at Domino’s Pizza or cease employment.
If you remain in employment, you may be offered the opportunity to complete yet another qualification, either:
- Certificate IV in Frontline Management
- Certificate IV in Customer Contact.
You could then go even further and complete one of these Diplomas:
- Diploma of Business
- Diploma of Management
- Diploma of Human Resources
Opportunities are available to progress to full time and management positions, as well. The possibilities are endless!

- Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or NZ passport holder
- Hold a drivers license (provisional license is accepted) and have access to a vehicle OR motorbike license OR be prepared to gain motor bike license.

- Have a customer service attitude.
