An opportunity exists for an Intermediate Estimator to join their established team in order to complement the current structure. You will report directly to the Estimating Manager and be responsible for pricing and cost planning works, typically from $10-30M. All Measuring is important, and is done in-house, so you will understand the job completely when attending tender interviews. This company use Buildsoft, Tenderlink and Suretrak (for programming). The current estimating team consists of: Estimating Manager, 2 x Senior Estimators + 2 x Estimating Cadets. You will possess many years experience but you will need to have spent most of your career involved in commercial and/or retail projects. The ideal individual for this position will possess approx 4-6 year’s experience and be looking at a salary of no more than $130k pkg. Tertiary qualifications, preferably a building degree, are essential and you will be able to show a good track record of winning work and embracing a team environment.
