This varied role will provide invaluable support to a team of 8 architects across reception, administration and accounting support. Our client is a small firm of self sufficient professionals based in the CBD close to Wynyard station. They are seeking a capable office support professional who is capable of undertaking a range of duties and shows a mature, self managing approach.
Duties for this role will include:
Answering all incoming calls, taking messages and forwarding to appropriate staff.
Provide all round administration support, co-ordinate mail management, stationery and travel bookings.
Maintaining internal databases on Microsoft Excel and communicating/distributing these.
Ensure boardroom & kitchen area are clean and presentable daily.
Co-ordinate setup of conference calls for internal & external meetings.
Arrange catering etc for internal meetings.
Ensure a presentable and professional 'front of house' image is always exhibited.
Collect timesheets and control Petty Cash & Cabcharge on Excel daily.
Create purchase orders and prepare project invoices on the accounting system correctly and accurately.
Generate reports from the accounting system as requested by Managers.
The salary on offer for this role is $37,000 plus super (pro rata from a full time salary of $45,000 plus super).

Your role:
