Key Responsibilities: • Represent the company and introduce its products to allocated accounts to achieve sales targets.• Service current accounts and develop new accounts to meet targets through effective sales presentations and utilisation of support services.• Maintain close relationships with key accounts, and ensure their requirements are being met by the company’s products where possible.• Ensure complaints are followed up and that satisfactory solutions are obtained for both the customer and the company.• Participate in sales meetings to set strategies and determine business plans.• Ensure activities comply with legal and ethical standards.• Maintain current knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market information of interest or value to customers.• Customer service levels maintained or exceeded.• Maintain regular contact with customers.• Generate sales for furniture from customer base.• Contributes to success of the sales team by actively participating in Sales meetings and assisting others.• Develop new business opportunities through referrals and prospecting.Key Results:• Achieve Monthly Targets of sales revenue & G.P.
