They are recognised as industry leaders in critical areas such as materials handling, comminution, mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, and waste treatment and they are currently looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to work on a large-scale African-based copper project. Being executed from Perth, the project is being completed on behalf of one of the major minerals miners globally as a consequence of a large CAPEX investment. You'll be experienced in Project Engineering for the mining industry, around eight years, and have a good background in EPCM consultancies. Your previous work will have included engineering for base and precious metals where you've been responsible for schedule, budget, liaison, reporting and delivery. You'll be a good communicator and be used to managing budgets of up to $100m. Rates for this position is negotiable depending on experience and will range between $100 - $110 per hour.
