Job Description
As a Business Development Manager you will be required to source leads, cold call, conduct meetings and submit tender documentation to ensure there is a constant stream of new business into the organisation. You will have the support of Internal Sales Consultants as well as management to ensure a seamless process in gaining new clients. This role is both office based and client facing, with time management up to you.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally have an excess of two years experience of bringing new business on board. You will need to have managed the end-to-end sales process from lead sourcing and cold calling, to solution selling and obtaining sign off. This role requires a tenacious person who thrives on a challenge and can bring existing know-how to the role.
