Due to continued growth, Transfield Services currently has an opportunity for an Authorisations Officer, working on our WA Housing contract in Bibra Lake. This role is responsible for providing support to Operations in the provision of data management of Work Order Authorisations. Accountabilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Establish effective workplace relationships.
Mediate and issue authorisations to Subcontractors based on work requests.
Liaise with the Client and Subcontractors to make sure variations to the work order are managed, approved and recorded into the database in a timely manner.
Responding to customers’ needs and facilitating resolution in a timely and customer-focussed manner within the Contract and the agreed service standards.
Utilising internal information systems in an effective and timely manner to ensure all data is recorded correctly to support work order and knowledge management initiatives.
Provide support to the Operations team in management of and reclaiming for all rejected planned work orders.
Attending team meetings, actively contribute by putting forward new ideas and sharing learning experiences.
Provide clear and regular communication with the team, Regional Manager and staff as well as client contacts.
Initiate action to prevent occurrence of non-conformance and implement solutions. Report and act on any non-conformances that appear in the process and implement corrective action.
Ensure that own actions and those of the team working on Transfield Services contracts/projects are directed towards a positive customer outcome.
To be considered for this position you must meet the following criteria: Excellent Customer Service focus.
Excellent communication and organisation skills with attention to detail.
Intermediate to advanced experience with SAP.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Programs: Word, Excel & Outlook.
Must provide a Valid Police Clearance if successful with employment.
Be able to work flexible hours to meet demands.
