They are currently growing at an exceptional rate, and are looking to expand their energetic and vibrant Scheduling Department. Due to expansion, we require an Experienced Residential Scheduler Based in their corporate office, you will report to the Department Head and Company Directors.
The role:
Your key duty is be responsible for overseeing a number of sizable real estate development projects specifically in the residential markets. You will be responsible for Scheduling projects and coordinating logistics of materials across several construction sites across Perth.
This role will have Career development, for the right candidate and may lead into a junior Project management role within the company
You will be responsible for working with the Scheduling departments to prioritise site starts, schedule client jobs through the system and work as a team to resolve any arising issues.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of two years scheduling experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a willingness to listen and learn and knowledge of application software Excel, Outlook and Word from the Microsoft Office Suite.
You will have:
Minimum of 2 years Local WA Residential Scheduling experience Strong understanding of Construction coordinating logistics of materials Local experience and established relationships with key subcontractors and suppliers. Excellent communication skills. High level of computer skills.
