Managing a contact centre of approximately 30 FTE and 2 direct reports, key duties will include: Develop & review strategies & process to drive continuous improvement Manage operational frameworks including team structure, optimized resource planning, measurements & reporting Maintaining contract & business compliance, ensure KPI's and SLA's requirements are met Build & nurture high value relationships & communication channels with both internal stakeholders & external organisations Manage employment relation issues, retention, engagement, succession planning and performance management Lead, mentor, coach & train Budget & cost management, forecasting & planning Develop, maintain & provide specialised knowledge on industry best practice capabilities, processes, technology advancement & solutions, standards in relation to customer contact centre planning & management Analyze extensive data and trends, determining impact & solutions To be considered for this role, will require: A minimum of 3 years experience in a contact/call centre management role Extensive knowledge of contact centre legislation, technology, methodology, process mapping, efficiency drivers and metrics.
