Rather than placing multiple job ads and sifting through the responses, our clients are able to input their criteria and be presented with a choice of relevant prospective candidates. Due to the significant market potential in NSW we are looking to add to our Business Development Team.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will be an experienced professional who is able to open doors and develop new business opportunities across direct employers and recruitment companies in NSW.
You have business to business sales experience and an understanding of the recruitment / advertising industries. Your willingness to uncover new opportunities and work autonomously will be expected and encouraged. You will be responsible for tailoring and presenting the
LinkMe
product offering to prospective clients, and negotiating and closing sales. You will work in partnership with your clients to ensure maximum return on investment via user training and liaison with the Account Manager to encourage ongoing usage. Your ability to communicate at all levels within small and large organizations is important as is your ability to build long term, effective relationships with your clients.
