This reputable marine logistics organisation is expanding their port folio. A new position has been created for a Receptionist/Administrator to join this dynamic team and assist with the expansion of stakeholders transitioning into their building.
You'll be responsible for but not limited to answering phone and front counter enquiries, ensuring reception is kept presentable at all times, signing in and directing visitors to correct offices, filing as well as all other ad hoc administrative duties.
Your proven experience within a similar reception role along with outstanding customer service will be desirable. Intermediate to advance Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook literacy is important to be successful within this role. Your high calibre communication and interpersonal skills will see you liaising with all staff members ranging from trade staff through to stakeholders and clients.
Starting as a temp role paying $25 per hour, opportunity to own this role and turn it into a permanent position is on offer.
