Our Gyprock Trade Centre's (GTC) sell Gyprock® plasterboard and accessories, CSR Fibre Cement, Rondo metal components as well as a range of tools, fixings and compounds for the Plasterboard industry.
Reporting to the Brookvale Store Manager, an excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic person to fill the role of a Storeperson based at our GTC at Brookvale. The successful applicant must be motivated, disciplined and safety focused. There will be some manual work and lifting involved therefore you will need to be physically fit (repetitive lifting up to 25kg).
Full training will be provided!
Key responsibilities will include:
Warehouse operations including picking orders, stock count and replenishment
Participation in and contribution to the site safety team and programme
Ensure a high standard of personal presentation and housekeeping of warehouse, counter and showroom
Loading and unloading trucks
Customer Service - including telephone and counter sales
To be considered for this exciting role you must be motivated, disciplined and safety focused. In addition you will need to demonstrate:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle a "multitask" environment and work unsupervised
Basic PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
A current Drivers License and a current fork-lift license
Knowledge of SAP highly advantageous
