In this diverse, but hands on role, your primary function will be will to ensure that all campaigns deliver smoothly, that their results are optimal, and that reporting and business procedure is met on time. This is a hybrid role seeing you manage Ad Operations but also acting as an Account Manager, so you will be working closely with the Sales Executive's in managing the campaigns of pre-defined advertisers.
Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Supporting a culture of excellence in customer service and change within the team.
- Work with the Sales Executives & Managers in campaign design and delivery, ensuring campaigns successfully go live on time and providing market insights, analysis and learning's.
- Monitor campaign delivery across allocated platforms, propose/implement optimisation strategies to ensure campaigns are optimised to maximise revenue opportunity while working to client objectives and maintaining a healthy network margin.
- Liaise with 3rd party technology vendors/suppliers as needed, such as setting up video campaigns through 3rd party vendor technology platform.
- Respond promptly to customer and sales queries on live campaigns to deliver an excellent level of service to internal and external customers.
- Support system/process development for managing campaign workflow.
- Pro-actively find and propose revenue optimization strategies for each campaign.
- Collaborate with Management team to balance the overall network's health per business goals.
- Be technical consultants/experts for both internal and external clients.
To be considered for this role, you'll also need the following:
- Understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
- 2+ years experience working with digital media platforms and processes, trafficking, HTML or javascript is desirable but not essential
