This is your opportunity to join a world leader in building performance improvement and management. Having recently won a number of significant contracts, and in line with the organisations on-going commitment to providing excellent Sustainability support to their clients, a new role has been created to assist in the establishment of a stand alone business within the National Sustainability group.
Reporting to the Regional Energy and Sustainability Manager, you will be, initially, responsible for establishing a new business in streamlining the process of NABERS Energy performance assessments across a wide range of corporate clients. The primary focus will be on managing and co-ordinating a number of internal and external service providers to conduct NABERS assessments and performance improvement processes.
The successful applicant will be a NABERS accredited assessor with a strong technical background in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, designing systems for commercial/industrial buildings. Strong project management skills and proven experience in delivery are essential. Excellent communication skills and a process driven mindset will, serve you well in this role. Experience within a property focused organisation is strongly preferred and you will need to be a self starter and willing to get your hands dirty resolving issues and coming up with good technical solutions.
