Your base will be between $75,000 - $85,000 (depending on your qualifications and level of experience you bring to the role) plus super, $17,000 Car allowance OR fully maintained vehicle, laptop, phone and a generous, uncapped commission structure that will see you earn circa $140,000 on target earnings in your first year. What you will be doing:
Your focus will be to proactively pursue new opportunities through daily prospecting and develop a sound and strong pipeline in line with company methodology and strategies. You will be out on the road meeting clients and closing sales (submitting relevant tenders and proposals when necessary). You will be building up relationships and your own reputation at the same time as you target high-end corporate clients - the best of the best. Your intention is to consult, develop and deliver fleet outsourcing solutions within the Melbourne market. You will be dealing with a range of decision makers from Directors, MDs and CEOs, and you will be reporting to the State Sales Manager.

This fantastic, well respected leader in the Australian fleet market has developed a solid reputation for their services - they are true professionals in their industry and they have experienced significant growth in recent months and therefore are currently seeking a high-level Business Development Manager to join their Sydney sales team. Your Manager is experienced and passionate about what he does - you will get treated with respect and be part of a genuine and friendly, supportive team.

You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Experience in a current Fleet Management company
- Familiarity dealing with budgets up and above the $3-6mil
- The ability to think creatively in your approach with clients
- A desire to work hard and be rewarded accordingly
