As the HR Advisor you will work closely with your client group. You will have responsibility for the providing high level HR advice and support to Line Managers on a broad range of HR activities. This role will also have a responsibility for the management and execution of project work from conception through to implementation and maintenance.
You will be tertiary qualified (related discipline), have experience in all aspects of HR management and be comfortable in the HR operational space. You will have proven negotiation and influencing skills, well developed communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an environment of competing priorities. Some exposure to working with a dedicated client group and working as part of a broader interstate based HR team would be an advantage. Some interstate travel is required for this position.
