Due to an internal promotion, they seek a mid level Hydraulics Engineer to join their expanding hydraulics team.

Reporting to the Senior Hydraulics Engineer, you role will be twofold.
In addition to playing a critical part in the design process, you shall also meet with clients to discuss their requirements and consequently, liaise with architects and drafts people to seek the best outcome. Essential is your ability to prepare sanitary drainage, hot and cold water systems, have a good understanding of storm water drainage and ideally some knowledge of fire hydrants and sprinkler systems.

Knowledge of Australian Building Standards is required for this role. As such, we seek a Hydraulics Engineer with a minimum of three years working experience within Victoria. Your mechanical engineering degree, in addition to previous experience in this field will enable you to combine traditional, proven methods and theory with new, inspirational ideas.

Your competency in using AutoCAD, paired with your exceptional MS Office skills will ensure your work meets only the highest standards required by this organisation. Proven ability in using other industry software is preferable.
