We're currently recruiting for an assistant store manager for the busy Southland store to drive sales, lead and develop your team, maintain the store and monitor the performance of your store. The right candidate will progress quickly in the business. Successful candidate will come from a retail background with high volume stock and a consultative sales style.
Key Criteria:
To apply, you should come from a retail management background where consultative customer service was the priority.
Experience in managing a high volume of stock and merchandising in line with planograms and VM guides.
Knowledge of rostering, supply & demand, performance management, coaching and mentoring a team.
A passion for homewares and ability to sell on product knowledge and base your service on the customer's needs.
Demonstrated experience of working to KPI's, sales targets and budgets.
Be able to work a rotating management roster including weekends.
In return:
You will receive a competitive base salary of $42,000 pa + super.
