Job Description
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will be allocated your own ledger of suppliers whereby you will be responsible for the end-to-end payables process. As such, your duties will include collating and processing high volume of invoices, preparing and making scheduled payments to suppliers in a timely manner, responding to all supplier enquiries and managing corporate cards. Moreover, you will be involved with month end procedures such as supplier statement reconciliations and periodic reporting.
