Reporting to the Victorian Business Manager the objective of this role is to present building Tenders and Contracts to our customers, resolving queries and overcoming customer objections to achieve tender sign-off.
Achieve targets for tenders presented, tenders signed and contract signed.
Review and complete the file prior to Tender/Contract presentation, this includes liaising with Drafting, Estimating and Administration to ensure that the information is accurate.
Resolve customer queries during the appointment, using your knowledge of the building process, to actively guide them through the Tender/Contract Stage
Follow up outstanding queries after an appointment to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Working closely with our Sales and Operations Team, manage the client experience as a key point of contact within our business, delivering great Customer Service in line with Henley standards
To be successful in this role you will need;
Excellent presentation skills
Demonstrated persuading and influencing skills to close a sale
Customer service skills and the ability to build client relationships.
Strong time management & organisation skills.
