* Flexible approach to meet customer needs - regular early starts, late finishes and in general hours that can be unpredictable are all part of the role
* A stable work history with good tenure to demonstrate you can go the distance in this role
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Committed towards learning a complex range of implants and procedures in personal time over and above in-depth company training
* Team player attitude, outgoing and dynamic personality, you are driven by performing at the highest level.
* Enjoy working in a pressurized fast paced environment where no two days are the same, you have the energy and motivation to do this repeatedly
* Reside in the Melbourne metro area to enable fast access to the major orthopaedic teaching hospitals and private medical facilities
