Due to a gap in their Marketing Communications team they are currently looking for a Digital Adviser to join their team. This is a temporary opportunity and is located in the Frankston area. For the right candidate this role may become permanent.
As Digital Adviser you will be responsible for developing and delivering digital and online projects and activities. In particular, you will work with other members of the Marketing Communications team in developing and enhancing South East Water's external website, internal website and supporting social media activity, and implementing digital and online marketing and communications campaigns using SharePoint 2010.
You will be an experienced Online Communications professional, having demonstrated the required skills in a similar role. You will have implementing communications strategies, and written content for both internal and external websites. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and will be confident using SharePoint 2010.

Job Description
Reporting to the Communications Manager, the Media Coordinator will be responsible for organising all unpaid media coverage for the 2 new publication launches with the aim of increasing positive awareness for this leading NFP across the media, the community and business sectors. You will also implement media planning and reporting which includes securing media coverage before, during and after the launches. Other responsibilities will include the following: Media monitoring of all public relations and promotional activities Writing and coordinator press releases as well as other written communications Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders Providing media support to sponsors and being a key point of contact for the launches
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in a similar role with a keen emphasis on running a media campaign and developing a promotions plan. You must have at least 3 year's experience managing media and communications campaigns. You are a team player but can also work autonomously to meet deadlines and get things done. You must also possess the following: excellent written and verbal communications sound understanding of public relations principals and techniques strong portfolio with examples of coverage across various mediums excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others accordingly. Interpersonally you are enthusiastic and energetic with a strong work ethic. You are proactive and solutions driven in your approach.
