This is an incredibly exciting new role we have for just the right person. Our client is searching for an Apprentice Consultant. This role means travelling about the Central Highlands area, advising employers about apprenticeships and potential apprentice roles, marketing and promoting our client and their services, and assisting apprentices into the workplace. People in Emerald, Longreach, Barcaldine and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
This role allows you to work a full 38 hour week in a compressed work week, meaning that you will work four days of the week on a rotating roster, allowing for a four day weekend once a month. This gives you a real work/life balance that is hard to find in other jobs. A company car is supplied. This role is outcome-focussed, requiring a real people-person who can be passionate about the services offered, and be able to meet the required KPI's. This role would suit someone who has worked in real estate, sales, or recruitment, but all applicants are considered.
You will need to:
- Be energetic, friendly, a real people-person.
- A work history in sales or marketing, recruitment or management.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be available to travel throughout the Central Highlands region (you will not have to spend nights away from home though).
- Be able to establish strong relationships with clients and deliver superior customer service, and be able to demonstrate past experience of this.
- Have excellent self-management and interpersonal skills.
