The successful applicant will be responsible for: • the management of commercial building projects in line with best practice • continuously contributing to the improvement of project management practices and leadership for project staff through providing advice and assistance • ensuring effective management of commercial building construction projects across cost, time, quality and safety. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate: • at least three years' experience in a similar role • experience and demonstrated knowledge in a broad scope of commercial building projects • line management experience within construction industry workforce • comprehensive experience in communicating with diverse stakeholder groups with excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills • extensive experience in the application of contracts and contractual law • leadership and supervisory skills and ability to delegate tasks • White Card induction.
