In this role you'll provide high level support, vendor liaison and assistance with the resolution of complex network and infrastructure faults as well as providing out-of-hours escalation coverage through participation in the team on-call roster. You'll be required to support Telstra design teams develop systems that meet customer expectations and align with the Protective Security Policy Framework and manuals. As the a Lead you'll develop & maintain new policies/procedures or standards for the business and assist in identifying and documenting improvements to existing processes and procedures that align to business unit procedures.
