This blue chip brand is looking for a interim solution to fill an internal promotion within their Western Suburbs offices. You will work within the supply chain operations supporting the finance functions while you expand your ERP systems and develop relationships with the contact points across the division. This role reports to the commercial manager and is looking to commence as soon as the right candidate is selected.
In this position you will assist with the preparation of the supply chain terminals, across number of channels. You will also analyse the custodian & maintenance of terminals and scheduling agreements, while you focus on costing and freight conditions. You will look at timeliness of direct channels and incorporate related efficiencies to enhance the distribution channels. Your role will also be responsible for the financial planning and forecasting for the organisational budgets and long term plans. You will analyses and model the existing financial and work towards building new and improved procedures. You will investigate and aim to prevent any processing and stock differences and assist with business improvement projects.
You will be a CA/CPA qualified accountant that has come from a manufacturing or logistics background and any supply chain exposure would be beneficial. You will hold excellent management accounting skills and have a strong affinity to analytics and problem solving. Your strong communication and exceptional interpersonal skills will be critical to your success. Any SAP or ERP skills should be highlighted and will be looked favourably on.
