You will have full P&L responsibilities for the warehouse operations. You will help the company continue to grow strong relationships with customers and suppliers alike. Your key responsibilities will include sales and margins, including winning accounts and monthly reporting. People management from maintaining the strong moral on site, labour costs and forecasts and performance management including reviews and target plans. In addition your will be responsible for supplier relationship ensuring deliveries are on time and clients are happy, managing stock from shrinkage to overstocks and OH&S management including managing lost time injuries and reducing these, compliance and legislation is followed and being proactive in ensuring a safe environment for all.
