Your role will be to support the many learning business centres located within Adelaide by providing educational support and business assistance through onsite meetings and consultation with the centre's managers and their students. Your Key Responsibilities include: Providing centre development support and ensure centres achieve retention and instructional goals through regular onsite visits to allocated centres Identify, propose and address learning needs of students and offer assistance and advice to centre managers to ensure students are reaching their full learning potential Providing instructors with learning opportunities through preparing seminars, meetings and workshops Developing trusting relationships with Franchisee's through support and consultation Collecting ongoing feedback from parents and students and relaying to head office Conduct and submit centre management reporting Lead study groups focused on improvement in instruction Identify marketing strategies to improve success of learning centres To be successful for this role you will have: Bachelors degree - essential (ideally Maths, Education or Science) A passion for working with children Good knowledge and passion of Maths Exceptional communication skills - both oral and written Strong initiative, organisation, problem solving and decision making skills High level of energy, confidence and perserverance Customer service focused Flexible, mature and confident with a team focus A valid driver's license, car and willingness to travel This exciting new position will suit a Maths, Science or Education professional who is highly passionate about children's learning and looking to move out of the classroom and into the business of education.
