2 Remunerated Director Positions Sought After Directorships (1) Business; (1) Finance Our client, Harness Racing South Australia Ltd is the peak governing body for the sport in South Australia. Governed by 6 Directors, Harness Racing SA ensures the highest standards of professionalism within the industry, in encouraging, promoting and conducting harness racing across the State. 2 new Directors are now required to sit on the Board. The Directors whom we seek must be able to apply significant commercial acumen and corporate governance to the highly professional activities of the Board as well as hold specific skills, qualifications and experience in either Business or Finance . Following nominations by the Selection Panel, the Board will appoint 2 new Directors to fulfil their Directorship obligations alongside other Board members, including those with expertise in marketing, legal services and the Harness Racing Industry.
