Employer Referal Terms and Conditions

  1. Participants of the LinkMe “Spread-the-Word” Referral Program must be LinkMe members to be eligible.
  2. Participating members will be rewarded once a referral becomes a contracted clients as follows:
    • Employers < 100 staff = Member entitled to a $250 Cash Voucher.
    • Employers > 100 staff = Member entitled to a $500 Cash Voucher.
  3. The referred employers must be employers who LinkMe has not contacted or engaged with for at least 6 months.
  4. The referred employers must become a LinkMe client within 30 days of being referred.
  5. Only referrals tracked by LinkMe shall count toward the referral rewards.
  6. LinkMe will provide the Cash Voucher on a quarterly basis.
  7. The offer is not open to LinkMe staff, family, friends or associates of LinkMe.
  8. The offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other LinkMe promotion activities.
  9. Participating members will not send unsolicited email (SPAM to strangers to promote the LinkMe Referral Program)
  10. Participating members will not use the LinkMe Referral Program to send unsolicited or commercial messages.
  11. LinkMe may reject any referral with or without cause at its sole discretion.
  12. LinkMe reserves the right to terminate a member’s account in the event that the member provides false or misleading membership information or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.
  13. Referral rewards shall not be payable if referred customers (in LinkMe’s opinion) are not joining for the purposes stated in these Terms and Conditions.
