I wanted to write to let you know how "LinkMe" has turned out to be a tremendous search tool for me as a Recruitment Manager. We purchased the licence only 3 months ago when I joined the newly created recruitment agency - 21st Century Recruitment Pty Ltd. In such a tight employment market I knew before I started that in order to be successful I needed to expand my recruitment search by using other channels. I discussed LinkMe as a channel I wanted to work with my Managing Director.

As most recruiters are so busy, needing to fill roles yesterday... LinkMe gives me immediate access to candidates resumes as well as their mobile numbers where I can ring and phone screen instantly. Many times candidates are in disbelief at how many calls they receive from recruiters who found them on LinkMe and they love it!

After 3 months we had sourced 2 amazing candidates who were somewhat passive, but when I placed the advert on LinkMe as well they responded. I am referring to a Business Analyst as well as Executive PA of which both have been with us now for over 2 weeks and are doing so well already.

With LinkMe, I search and filter to check whether any candidates should be short listed and only if not successful, will I resort to placing an advert. This has proven to be very cost and time effective for me.

I find LinkMe really useful and have made a number of placements using the database primarily in the area of Sales and Customer Service.  In a candidate short market this is a great way to access passive talent pools and networks usually reserved by expensive recruitment agencies.  Even if the candidates I call already have jobs they are usually more than happy to recommend a few candidates they personally know who maybe suitable.  This form of networking for talent gives me a competitive edge over rival companies.
 
The automatic emails I receive based on saved job criteria means I always know when new talent joins the LinkMe network which is invaluable.  Coupled with this and the fantastic after sales support, Link Me provides high return on investment when you consider the enormous costs associated with sourcing candidates in the current climate.  I recommend it to all my HR friends as LinkMe is user friendly and overall my experience has been extremely positive.

Without any training the first time I went into LinkMe I made a placement. All I needed to type in to my search criteria was the job title and the first candidate that came up I called and placed within two days. Although there are probably a lot more features available in the search criteria that I don't know about I cannot fault the system. In the first two weeks of use I made two placements and obtained three or four other quality candidates off the system.
